RLS and heart disease
A new big study has found this result. People with restless legs condition or RLS are more likely to develop heart disease or a stroke with almost double risk. The risk increases for people have frequent and sever symptoms.
RLS is a movement condition that causes uncomfortable feelings in the legs that get worse when a person is inactive, such as sleeping period.
This is not the first study to link RLS with cardiovascular disease, the study team notes in the January 1st issue of the journal Neurology. However, the prior two studies that supported an association did not use current RLS diagnostic criteria and one of them included only men.

RLS is so common now adays. Heart Disease is a serious illness and thankfully there is help. It was hard for me to find where to look or who to believe.
