Heart disease and air pollution

A new study published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that heart disease, attacks and strokes can be caused by air pollution. This study found that women who live in areas with polluted air like tiny particles are more likely to develop a heart attack or stroke and other heart disease.

The study which was done in the U.S included around 66,000 women older than 50 years.
